The messenger · Fire, mutable

You reason by open map: you want to know what something means, where it leads, what it resembles in another country or another century. Operational detail bores you; you skip three steps and go straight to the conclusion, which is often right and occasionally wrong in a spectacular way. When you tell a story, the number always grows a little.

The light of this placement

You see the moral of the story while others are still arguing over the paragraph, and your reading of context opens a way out where there seemed to be a dead end.

The shadow — what to work on

The conviction with which you state things makes people believe something you only half read, and you find out only when someone checks.

Mercury: what it means in the chart

It shows how you understand things and how you explain what you understood. It also shows how you deal with paperwork, with the family group chat, and with that difficult conversation that needs to be had.

Sagittarius

Sagittarius is the question 'what for?'. It isn't enough to work: it has to mean something. It's the sign of the journey, of the study that becomes a worldview, of the conversation that starts with football and ends in philosophy. People with it strong wither from boredom when life shrinks, and can bear almost any hardship if it serves something they believe in.
