The center · Air, fixed

You exist one step outside the mold and have known it since early on; you were probably the child who asked the question nobody had asked. When everyone at a table agrees too quickly, you get uncomfortable and start looking for what is being ignored. What gives meaning to your day is having the freedom to think for yourself and to belong to a group that doesn't require you to become just like it.

The light of this placement

You often see five years ahead what later becomes obvious to everyone, and you defend people who don't yet have anyone to defend them.

The shadow — what to work on

Sometimes you disagree by reflex, not conviction, and use distance as protection; from afar it's easier, but nobody builds a bond from afar.

Sun: what it means in the chart

It shows who you are at your best and what needs to happen for you to feel the day was worth it. It also points to the kind of recognition that truly feeds you, and the kind that doesn't, however good it looks on paper.

Aquarius

Aquarius is the refusal to copy. It's the sign of those who look at a rule and ask who decided that, and who often see today what will become consensus ten years from now. People with it strong have friends from every tribe, defend other people's right to be odd, and need a space of their own, even inside a relationship.
