What is not up for negotiation · Earth, fixed

What in you is not up for negotiation has to do with body, pleasure and worth. It is the refusal to be cheap: to work for less than you are worth, to accept touch you do not want, to shrink your hunger, your sleep, your wish to have good things. Maybe you were told you were greedy, materialistic or too demanding, and you spent years proving the opposite against your own will.

The light of this placement

When you stop apologizing for wanting comfort and pleasure, your relationship with money and with your own body moves to a different place.

The shadow — what to work on

Old shame around the body or around lack of money can turn into either rigid control or compensation through accumulation that never satisfies.

Lilith: what it means in the chart

It shows where you don't give way, and where inherited shame made you think it was wrong to want what you wanted.

Taurus

Taurus is the energy that gives impulse a body: it takes what Aries started and asks whether it will last. It's the sign of the five senses, of pleasure without guilt, of coffee drunk slowly. People with it strong build at their own pace and hate being rushed, and it's precisely because they don't run that they tend to arrive with what they built still standing.
